The dentist are great. They know how to work with children. The front desk and billing... that's another story.. calling for an appointment is a hassle. Billing repeatedly stating no insurance on file etc. It's a mess.

Went today with my kids the staff was nice and professional at the front desk my kids was called the male Indian doctor rushed my kids out the room didnt even finished my kids teeth talking about come back for the nxt appointment didnt check my other kid they better not even there to bill my kids insurance left my kid with a half job and bleeding and her gums swollen

This place sucks very unprofessional it’s so sad to hear that they don’t care for kids at all took my kid with a crack tooth and they didn’t want to do anything just because it’s was no emergency to them she needed to have an abscess to be able to be seen like who does that… one step to having an abscess is a crack tooth They ask for the insurance and base on the insurance they make the assessment they don’t care if the child is in pain or nothing but the insurance it’s so sad to know that there’s no more good doctors out there so this place don’t recommended it’s so unprofessional no one cares even the font desk nasty and unprofessional. They want her to come back in 6 month with a crack tooth in her mouth just so they can charge the insurance of the treatment

This place is the worst don’t even try to take your child here all they care is about the insurance and how much the insurance is going to pay unless you are not private they don’t want to seek your child they don’t document anything in their system so when you go they act like they don’t see nothing Al they care is to charge front desk are nasty with a nasty attitude don’t even know how to say hi the doctors act like they all that they don’t care my daughter had a spacer on her tooth and it was done there but bc my insurance is health first they didn’t even saw her bc offcourse they want to charge money I work in a dental office and i know the system I know exactly what she was doing and my daughter swallow a piece tooth so because she was not swollen, even though she swallowed a piece of tooth they didn’t do nothing to her because she had to be swollen so as a pediatric dentist, you need to see a child on pain and swallowing a tooth for you to be treating a patient that says a lot about this place you have to see a child in pain and suffering in order for you to do something it is very disgusting that the only thing that doctors care for at this point is only about insurances and

My child was able to be seen once on an emergency and that experience was fine. However, every time I’ve tried to schedule a regular appointment since then, I’m told there are no openings. I’ve been calling repeatedly, and each time I’m told to “try again next week” or even “try next month.” It’s frustrating and feels impossible to get my child scheduled for the follow-up care they need. I really hope they improve their availability and a little more communication.
